FAQ
Quick answers for Hot Yoga & Wellness Center in Centerville.
- How hot is the room?
- We practice in a room heated to about 95–100°F. Heat supports flexibility and a deeper stretch — stay hydrated and listen to your body.
- What should new students bring?
- Yoga mat, a large towel to cover your mat, and a water bottle. Rentals are available if you forget something. Arrive 10 minutes early; doors lock at class start.
- How do I book a class?
- Create an account, then reserve from the schedule. You can book now even if you have not paid or signed the waiver yet — the desk will catch those up. You can also walk in or call the studio at 937-503-4041.
- How do I sign the waiver?
- Log in, open Waiver, read to the bottom, check the boxes, type your legal name, and draw your signature. It takes a couple of minutes. If you already signed an older version, you will be asked to sign this one once. You can still take class first and sign after.
- Do I have to pay when I book?
- If you have a membership or class pack, that covers the class. If not, you can still book or walk in — the class is owed on your account until you pay a drop-in or buy a pack. During the switch from Mindbody, your current auto-pay stays on Mindbody until we cut over.
- What does a drop-in cost?
- Regular drop-in is $20. Student/military drop-in is $18 with valid ID. First-time students can try the studio for $5 — unlimited classes for one week.
- Do class passes expire?
- Studio policy: class passes are valid for 1 year from purchase date.
- What styles do you teach?
- Hot Series Standing, Fusion Flow, Intro to Vinyasa, Vinyasa Flow, Vinyasa Advance, and Yoga Sculpt (with weights).
- Is this medical advice?
- No. Class descriptions and heat notes are not medical advice. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program.
