Andy Tribbey teaches Tabata Yoga with weights at Hot Yoga & Wellness Center, a high-energy, interval-style class that blends yoga flow with strength work. Andy brings a background in tactical and law enforcement training, where conditioning, focus, and steady breathing under pressure matter. His classes are challenging but welcoming: expect clear cues, hard intervals, and room to work at your own level. His goal is for every student to leave stronger, more resilient, and a little calmer than when they walked in.

I have a passion to help others and love life long the way. Inside the studio you can expect a playlist to keep you moving, and I will know you by name. Outside the studio I work as an occupational therapist, I am a dog mom, and I prioritize moving my body in ways I enjoy.

Cody Dietz brings together two very different worlds: the ancient practice of yoga and the rapidly evolving world of artificial intelligence. As a yoga teacher and technology professional, Cody is interested in how the best of “old tech” and “new tech” can work together to improve how we move, think, learn, and connect. His classes focus on strength, movement, breath, and mindfulness while encouraging students to stay curious, challenge themselves, and continue growing both on and off the mat.

Crystal Hildebrand is a yoga coach at Hot Yoga & Wellness Center with a focus on heated Vinyasa practice.
Yoga has saved my life. It has given me a place to breathe, grow, heal, and reconnect with myself. My hope is to create that same space for others, where they can feel strong, confident, grounded, and supported exactly as they are.
Through breath-connected movement and challenging Vinyasa flows, I encourage students to move with intention, explore their practice, and find a balance between strength and awareness. My goal is for every student to leave class feeling a little stronger, more centered, and more connected than when they arrived.

Rachael Ryckman brings a unique blend of movement, compassion, and discipline to her teaching at Hot Yoga & Wellness Center. A veterinarian, mother, longtime dancer, and dance instructor, Rachael’s life has been shaped by caring for others and an appreciation for what the body is capable of.
Her background includes veterinary medicine as well as Scottish Highland dance, where she continues to share the art and athleticism of movement as an instructor. That experience carries naturally into her yoga practice, with an emphasis on strength, balance, body awareness, and meeting yourself where you are.
For Rachael, movement is about more than exercise. It is an opportunity to stay grounded, challenge yourself, and create space for connection in a busy life. Guided by her faith and the belief that God is good, she brings warmth, encouragement, and a genuine sense of care to the studio and the people she teaches.
