Effective August 3, 2026. These policies apply to our website, member app, booking tools, in-studio services, SMS, email, online classes, and livestreams. We may update policies by posting a revised version on this page.
These Online Content Terms apply to on-demand videos, livestreams, and related digital class materials offered by Hot Yoga and Wellness Center.
If you have an eligible membership or purchase, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to stream online classes and livestreams for your own practice. You may not download (except temporary technical caches), copy, redistribute, rebroadcast, publicly perform, teach from, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.
Do not share login credentials. Concurrent streams or unusual access patterns may be limited or suspended.
Live classes may be delayed slightly for technical reasons. When a host ends a class, the session may be saved to the online library for entitled members, including video and, when enabled by the host, instructor audio. Thumbnails may be generated from the recording. Library availability is not guaranteed forever; content may be removed or reorganized.
Practice in a clear space free of hazards. Use appropriate equipment. Online content is not medical advice. Stop if you feel pain or distress. You assume the risks of practicing away from the studio; see also the Studio Waiver.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted streaming. Connectivity, device compatibility, and third-party network issues can affect quality.
All online class media, branding, and related materials remain Studio or licensor property. Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and legal remedies.
Access ends when your entitlement expires or is revoked. We may remove content or disable accounts that violate these terms.
