Effective August 3, 2026. These policies apply to our website, member app, booking tools, in-studio services, SMS, email, online classes, and livestreams. We may update policies by posting a revised version on this page.
This Membership Agreement supplements the Terms of Service for paid memberships, class packs, intro offers, and similar products purchased from Hot Yoga and Wellness Center.
Benefits depend on the plan or pack you purchase (for example: unlimited or limited in-studio classes, online library access, livestream access, guest privileges, or retail discounts). Plan details are shown at checkout and in your account. The Studio may update features with reasonable notice when required.
You may cancel future renewals before the next billing date via your account (when available) or by contacting the studio at (937) 503-4041 or mollie@hotyogadayton.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund the current period unless required by law or stated in a specific offer.
Class packs and intro specials expire as disclosed at purchase. Unused sessions generally expire on the stated end date and are non-transferable unless we approve otherwise.
Membership freezes or holds, if offered, require studio approval and may be limited in duration. Contact the front desk to request a freeze.
Except where required by law, or where a specific promotion states otherwise, membership fees, packs, drop-ins, and workshops are generally non-refundable. If we cancel a paid workshop without a suitable alternative, we will offer a credit or refund as appropriate.
Membership is personal and non-transferable. Sharing accounts or credentials is prohibited. We may suspend membership for policy violations, abuse of staff or members, or safety concerns.
Your ability to book and attend is also subject to the Cancellation Policy, capacity limits, and any required waiver.
Online library and livestream access (if included) are governed by the Online Content Terms and may be revoked if the membership lapses or is misused.
We may change plan pricing for future periods with notice as required by law. Price changes typically apply to renewals after notice, not to periods already paid, unless the change is required by law or you agree otherwise.
